    It is my understanding that all employees (incl directors) of publicly listed company's have a restriction on when they can purchase and sell shares.

    I'm sure the directors would love to buy up big at the current prices but I think they would probably be restricted to do so given the recent acquisitions and the amount of toy fairs they have just been to (I'm sure they know a lot more about orders etc than we presently know).

    I am tipping this thing is gonna fly over the next few months as soon as all the toy fair orders are sorted out and the next Appendix 4D is lodged.
