end is close? subprime in the US has 3 more years to go before it finish's making loss's..
interest rates will keep rising here for at least another 12 months.
banks are going to lose heaps of money with all the defaulters..
think the bears won this i am afraid to say and its going to last a good couple of years.
I am sticking to energy stocks now..
