Pretty much as expected from the previously circulated preso, stake in a small processing plant and some non-JORC artisinal land. Covering 100% of costs in JV and paying a royalty on any production.
Be interesting to see what estimated costs are to get the plant to 1mt p.a. throughput as they have flagged.
