At the recent Singapore International Water Week (8-12 July), I dropped by FLC's booth and I met Ronen. In between his attention paid to the delegates and their queries, I asked him whether Eytan is still involved in the company. He said Eytan still comes in once every week. He then volunteered this info: both Eytan and himself need to sell shares. Apparently, Israeli tax law requires founders to pay capital or some form of tax for listing their shares overseas (outside of Israel). They are aware of the impact on the share price and they will be selling it off market.

I had a listened to this interview given by Eytan in Feb/March of this year. As I listened then and listened to it again today, I would not be surprised if Eytan is, or has been working on a new inventions again. He is just wired to be a serial entrepreneur or an angel investor. As such, he will always have a start up's to fund and therefore will have added reasons to sell some FLC shares.
