The reason that they do not have access is because they are unprofitable to be given any access by their local telcos. The same local telcos that SAS would be heavily reliant on in order to gain any significant revenue. What makes anyone think that SAS is going to change anything? In order for SAS to get any revenue then local telcos have to deem those remote impoverished population as profitable enough to make them want to run the internet through SAS nano satellites. If no telco want to run their internet connection through the nano satellites then SAS will get no money.
