Hi Duman, sorry to hear it has been a tough day at the office lately. Aye, the market is a irrational beast.
I have taken a step back from trading many times - is very good therapy for clearing the head. Often gives me time to recalibrate my trading actions with my trading plan. All the best. ps. buying a old boat worked for me - no trading screens out on the bay!!
