Can someone confirm the maths for me? Will this mean 54 million shares will be available to dilute the total in 2 years time? Once they are excised at 80cents. I.e 54 million shares at 0.05 raises 2.7 million cash? Seems rough for creso but a sweet deal for those able to take part
