I think a bit early for a binding offtake. They've proved one hole with brine that can, to this point in testing, be feasibly used as feed stock for processing. While there are a few historical data points to suggest a reasonable spatial distribution of Li-brine bearing strata, ASNs proven dataset is still far from mature.

For me, the fire cracker to get the next leg running is info regarding the next hole(s). Once a spatially sufficient dataset is developed, then JORC can be defined and agreements signed. By the time those boxes are ticked they will be well on their way already, but its the confirmation of spudding that will set it in motion imo.
