I thought there were a few other IF companies with CFDA in ANZ?
I don't expect A2M will prosecute any Chinese companies for trademark/IP infringement as it could get nasty. As I wrote before, it is just a 'tax' that is paid by the top innovative companies exporting to China. I have dealt with the Chinese government in regards to product registration with CFDA. There is nothing that can be done about it if you want to maintain 'good relationships' with the Chinese govt/CFDA.
