He can play this not being a director crap all he wants as well as not being an insider, but who do you think he's kidding?
He's the largest shareholder and every board appointee is one of his proxies.
Tolga is the one pulling the strings in the background.
He can deny it all he wants, but nothing he says or does will convince me different.
This doesn't mean that he's responsible for the crap share price as virtually every spec on the ASX has been decimated and no single, cap toothed entrepeneur can stop that.
Where Tolga, IMHO, has really screwed up is by spreading himself too thin and putting his name to what I believe to be some pretty dubious projects.
And, like a house of cards, it can all very easily collapse.
