OK then, this is the old Tramway Rd HRL site with TF who worked for HRL briquetting and another guy behind it. Using coal, wood waste and other binders, how do they dry the fuel? It must be high in emission intensity. I think Loy Yang will be horrified considering they don't wish to be involved in anything with high emissions, going by their statement around any future involvement in hydrogen production. Anyway good luck once the RnD curtain falls and they can't get around the emissions limits set by the EPA. Might be just around the time ECT Victoria plant starts producing, perfect timing.
