Water is getting very smokey now in regards to blockchain with Tony G's network finding a way to take up a substantial position and advisory capacity. Worth doing a quick refresh of earlier news and asking yourself if SRO are getting close to announcing their blockchain integration strategy.

With the UGC market you have millions of moving pieces across a range of currency jurisdictions. For content owners and those who wish to connect to do so SRO are developing MediaConsent  but the key element that appears to be unsolved to date is how to transact if that content carries value? How do you prove consent?

SRO earlier this year signed an agreement with DigitalX (DCC) for blockchain consulting services with the aim to address these challenges. I would assume that a tokenised currency would be the way forward in terms of transaction with smart contracts used to prove the chain of consent. Between Tony G and DCC the network required to make this a reality appears closer than ever.
