what's with all these drifters coming in with their two cents worth?
We all know from the annual report that their centres are in areas where the household incomes are above the national average in the US and in Oz eg the Glen Waverley and Galleria etc etc. They can sell these centres within a week if they want to.

nondiscretionary, madmoney et al....people still need to eat.
