Why would they go into administration? Yes their recent announcements have not been 'long winded', more short and to the point. Sure they are not on track regarding past expectations, however, if you re-read what has been stated they are ensuring that there are no concerns when they go live.
Anyone in the tech industry will know that not everything runs as per the grant chart... especially when there are organisations who are reviewing and providing certification of compliance.
