Yes, that is the vote count.
The issue of shares i believe was something like this:
2,000,000 to Jeffrey Bennet
2,000,000 to Steve Black
1,400,000 to Harvey Parker
All for unpaid Salaries.
5,400,000 X .035 = $189,000
I think that's right.
