Ha ha! In a word of one syllable "No". Can you? I'm sure that the company, the Tanzanian Government and all SHs would love a definition. However, in my opinion, it will happen and that is the most important point. What I do know is that the Tanzanians must reply with either the granted document or a request for further clarification within a maximum of 25 days from submission. It is expected that it will be less than that given the small number of applications they are working on and the simpler paperwork that has now been submitted in a standardised format. But remember, that is a maximum time frame. The granted ML might be getting the requisite signatures as we speak (or even already have them!) Patience will be rewarded. And don't forget, none of this is of WKT's doing....they have just been following the rules as the goal posts have been shifted a few times. GLTAH
