I have to disagree.

We could not be in FAT if we didn't have a functioning HX (or two). I think we are clearly there as it was the next step after assembly. If it didn't do its job then mechanical assembly would not be considered complete.

Still, it is certainly a very fair question to ask why they haven't given us a video of the HX in action. My feel is they don't care too much about shareholders given they are reasonably well funded for the moment, and the price will react accordingly when the thing is formally demonstrated. Still, it would be nice of them to throw us a bone.
