Most underwriting agreements have exit clauses; what does the Canadian one say (I couldn't find it)?
I'm curious if the underwriters can be "left off" once a particular share price / index point is breached. In the case of the former, that would be very dangerous indeed (borrow BMN and sell the cr*p out of it).
