    I'd agree that Kogas most likely sold because of a conflict of interest as stated when they removed their board representative - See this announcement. Were they really forced?

    It definitely wasn't for profit. They brought in 2009 for 20c and have just sold for 9c.

    I would expect notices to the market by today or tomorrow...
