Yes 10m but that 10m is immediately payable if certain covenant is breached including some financial ratios, Why WP doesn’t disclose what those financial ratios are and why the most loves ones who get heaps of thumbs up and GA and claims to be in close and constant contact with WP don’t disclose here what they are.
