Im now getting the impression(like you) with NS still chasing the books/records that they are after only one thing.They wouldnt continue otherwise.Just depends how many have to go I suppose.Im also thinking that NS want no more dilution and theres only one way to get this.When one thinks about all the trouble the sp is in atm and NS timing of this hearing it all seems to make perfect sense.

NS motto.NO MORE DILUTION.Sounds OK to me as long as they have a quick-fire solution to it.

The only other thing(bar a total management revamp) that might get their necks above water would be to appoint an MD that had free rein and a great record at est mines(and someone NS likes!!!), something they should have done at the end of 06.

Great in hindsight but theyve dug themselves a hole deeper than the Perkoa box cut according to market sentiment and they are playing longer term holders right into the hands of short term traders espc coming into tax time.

More pain to go from the looks until they actually get the digit out and get over this legal stuff and get on with what they are supposed to be doing rather than marking time with all these empty promises.Gee it would be nice to actually get an honest statement mentioning why little is happening atm.
