You imply that AUZ has to pay for the 28%

I think you are confusing the 28% with the balance of the shares available after the other seed shareholders have taken their percentage
You will note that $2.6 Mil at 20 cents per share will be offered for the balance being 20.7%
The initial 28% is at no financial payout to the new company
Please do not mislead people
