ASX has already risen by more than the DOW
percentage rise on the day - to be in line
we would need to close up 180 or so points.
the big buying this morning was short covering,
imo, and won't change the primary downtrend.
big gaps on opening in many stocks are also
a cause for concern and the dodgy nature of the
US Feds' financial maneuvering won't fool the
market for too long as it hasn't fixed the
underlying issues.
