a question.
GMA looks like one of the best buys on the whole ASX.
its NTA is $3.90 and its currently trading at $2.65
its yielding 9%
am I missing something? or is this the best buy on the asx?
by the way, if interest rates go way up back to say 6% and lots of people default on their home loans
is that GOOD for GMA? or would that be BAD for gma?
