Just my opinion Based on history they will receive permits just a few days before they need them. (late November early December) They may have to increase the Decommissioning security deposit. May have to give up using a bound they hold for someone in Malaysia holding it Maybe even need a separate deposit till Codicil is resolved. But They will have permit. IT may be conditional require more cash and have other things tied to it. All of which could hurt a little but none will inflict serious pain they will be more for public perception than anything else.

Does anybody rember when the tax free status for plant ends. I THINK it is about now. This will surly factor in.

My opinion is based on two very simple reason. Stop Lynas was much more prominent at the time of NC and that is what happened then. I know they are in government today but their key issue of radiation has been totally disproved. They need to not discredit themselves twice.

Second Malaysia growth has slowed. They are working hard to replace the IC fabrication that lead their first growth with other industries. To unreasonable withhold a less than 10% expansion permit just does not make sense when you think how people looking to build facilities in Malaysia would see it.

Last point though AL is silent on this, as she should be, she does not seem to be woried at all. No cutting back on NEXT spending. No cutting back on estimates for next year. She is a smart lady she knows to go full speed ahead then be hung up in Decmber would be dumb.

Chem you never gave me a single example of how AL could do this easily. instead you talked about trucks per day. here are two of mine.
