This is good progress. The share price of Ellex dropped significantly in April after iTrack sales had plateaued in Q3. However, results today show a very healthy 20% QoQ growth in Q4.
Also, Ellex is investing heavily in iTrack. Without the $5.2 million negative EBITDA for iTrack the overall EBITDA for Ellex would be $3.7 million positive. There also has been a $1.5 hit to revenue with the currency appreciation. This is likely to more than reverse next year with the dall in AUD.
All these factors should lead to a modest accumulation in share price over the next week.
