18.5 cents = approx $12m, and taking into account the approx. $5m in cash reserves, $3.7m of earnings gives a PE of about 2. It's also pretty likely that flow rates won't decline much over the medium term since there are still more zones to open up, so the valuation seems pretty compelling based on the current successes alone.
