Menta - I do not know all the facts, so my post is simply based on what I have observed and heard over the years. I have read over time that Africa was the place where many inoculation products are/were first tried out. There were reports of failures over the years, I am sure the 'product' was improved upon and I am sure most inoculations done nowadays are the same as here in the West.
