AVL have had a very good couple of days on increased volume. They now have a market cap around the 100 million mark. KRC have got a market cap currently around 140 million.
When I consider the value of KRC's Flouspar, Titanium, Iron Oxide and Gold I just shake my head in amazement as to why shareholders are happy to continue to sell at these levels. The fact that we have a market cap just 40% greater then AVL is almost too hard to comprehend. I say this with no disrespect to AVL . Good on them for reaching the current heights that they have manged to get to .
It draws me to the conclusion that there must be plenty out there that still have not worked out what KRC is actually worth in real terms.
They will look back in 6 months time and will come to the realisation that they threw away a wonderful opportunity to make some serious money, simply by doing nothing but holding their stock.
I will remind everyone at the end of the year.
