Why didn’t she drive there? She was getting a snapshot of the local community of Lakemba by walking in the street that’s retail/commercial. The mosque wasn’t far away, why drive when she can walk a short distance and continue getting a snapshot of the community, which was was her intention of going there in the first place. If she went straight to the mosque then people like you would be complaining more, complaining how she went straight to the mosque and didn’t look at other places.
“The police warned her about breach of the peace by incitement, so why did she tell the police what her intention was in the first place”
At first she said she wasn’t attending the mosque, she was just walking to/past it and the police still said not to go there, her presence not welcome, etc They will charge her. Again....why charge her when the others are the ones breaching the peace? If others are offended by her presence/questions and act violently or in ways that ‘breach the peace’, that is their problem and they should be charged.
