So, you've got a film crew walking down the street. With an attractive young woman holding a microphone. Yes, that usually does attract a bit of attention every day of the week anywhere you go .

Funny how this film crew didn't capture any of the " men yelling in Arabic " . Zero footage of any of these alledged offences.

As for the copper, well, he probably could have handled that better and got sucked in by a clever sensationalist. All he was trying to do was prevent a disturbance. That's his job.
Just like when there's a protest anywhere, any day of the week. The police will turn up to make sure things don't get out of control.
That copper knew that this crew would provoke a situation simply because of their beliefs and their in your face reporting style.

Reading the thread header I thought there must have been a riot going on down there.

And yet nothing.

The copper also said " you may be breaking the law ". He said " you're not welcome in there " which I think is a pretty reasonable statement.

She then tries to spin it by saying " as far as I'm concerned you have sharia law here ". " We'll go to jail if we talk to people " .

" I can't criticise Islam to people here on a public street " .

Really ? And she's wondering why people are offended ?
