Yeah my 2c is I wouldnt read to much into that one. My experience with projects is management will always keep progressing schedule and plans regardless of what is happening on the ground with engineering and results. They wont compromise future development schedule based on BG results now. Engineering will continue to work until they achieve the goal, and when they do will be happy stage two has already kicked off.
Maybe if funding of stage 2 was directly linked to BG in stage 1 then i would change my view imediately???
