GXY does not have the "in process of entering production" or "future expansion of production increasing to 2.5 times initial production" features that would be causing the PLS share price to advance quickly except for the shorting. When PLS just follows the market it is because a great number of its holders just see it as another lithium play and are easily goaded into taking profits/avoiding losses. However, that can only go on for so long and you only lose badly if you sell.
