It would seem he is unhappy with PNV, as the media stories come from the ASX Release and quotes from Paul Brennan. You would be excused for interpreting this statement: CEO Paul Brennan said; “Australians know the impact of bush fires on human trauma. We are pleased that we can offer NovoSorb BTM and medical support to the patients effected by these fires so that they might have an improved outcome and assist them to rebuild their lives.” as meaning that PNV were funding Dr Greenwood's trips and providing BTM for free.
Good on Dr Greenwood for his humanitarian efforts, and I again state that I am disappointed in the way PNV have used this disaster for their own cheap publicity.
