Looking at the latest annual report, they state that total assets is around $45 million compared to market cap of $15 million. There is a bit of discount I imagine since they might be valuing their own assets a bit higher, plus liquidation value will be considerably lower than 45. Still isn't this a big discount given that we are in a market that is still slightly bullish?
