Kens I`m sure this has been brought to notice previously and I "think" it would have been Hottod or Mike Senior or you but it`s obviously not you. I think I remember reading the same guys had "invented" the above Daptomycin which I again think contained TPM with NO mention of POH. Whilst I`m thinking I am reasonably sure I read somewhere, again maybe it was Hottod or Mike that the above mentioned Mylan inventors had on three (3) prior attempts approached the patent person and were loosely told to rack off. only my fuzzy recollections. If the patent was granted and it was after POH commenced action against Mylan and the original agreement with POH is still alive and this latest invention contains TPM where do we sit with that situation. If it didn`t contain TPM, do we sit anywhere? Can some clever person tell me please Hottod.
