I have some queries about the $100m investment, was it an investment in the fund? or did they just buy $100m of the loans? If they just bought the loans were they particular high quality loans within the fund,? If so where does this leave the quality of the rest of the loan portfolio?
I think the announcement is ambiguous and am surprised the identity of the "Institutional Investor" has not been disclosed. Any thoughts ?
