We need to take advice on this, like from someone who specialises in company law, esp meeting procedures and that sort of thing. Those people are not easy to find.
It would also require massive coordination and probably the help of several people as this is too much for one person.
I would suggest a proxy holder for some geographical areas and to split the workload, eg I would be happy to do NZ. Someone else maybe NSW, and another for Victoria and someone else for rest of Australia and so on. As long as the proxies go to the meeting and we all vote together on the issues and make sure we are not sidetracked by the mgmt, this should not be a problem.
It's a while to go yet, so let's not get too far ahead of ourselves yet. Things may change between now and then.
But I will be going to the meeting for sure and I will be having my say.
