Interesting find rick, good one.
Looks like there were 6 permits that weren't fully owned by MTC at that stage aswell (as per section 4) , and now the latest quarterly states that MTC own 100% of all Lithium projects.
So perhaps that's where some of the other $700k went last quarter.
Looks like that's the strategy - push for the project level sell down for the Lithum projects. Perhaps they'll be giving away an interest in all of them.
Id be more than happy with that if it locked in funding to explore and move forward with those projects.
