An effective approach would be to have a PR company involved that do this type of thing for a living so the miners can get on with mining and the PR-Company can get on with getting the share-price to true value. IMO that would be a winning recipe. However without pushing the boundaries , I surmise that it should only happen on or near production, so it has the most effective target window and would justify such a spend of shareholders dollars toward PR and market relations.
