It is an opportunity to interrogate CEO. All and any questions should be asked courteously without fear or favour. It is clear shareholders views about relationship / communication between Board / CEO / shareholders is irreconcilable. Shareholders were told ages ago details of new CEO contract would be given - it hasn't been done. New chairman has been in place for months and shareholders have not heard from him. This is the same person who said at the AGM he was shareholders representative on Board. It is appropriate CEO and other historical legacy Board members leave and perhaps current ( " shareholders rep ") Chairman as well. Large shareholders act - show leadership, organise challenge, mobilise small shareholder energy.
