Jawohl Ostfront. It takes 2 to tango. They could not deliver so they bought if of and sold the whole idea as dehedgeing.
In the US by now they would have been led away handcuffed and be out again on very high bail, schemeing with their attorneys in what is called plea bargaining probably aiming for something like around 5 years behind bars.
Would it come to a trial without some deal with the proscecution, I would rate their payback to something like 18-25 years in the slammer.
