It's scheduled in for 'Return of Subpoena' for tomorrow. On reflection I'm actually not entirely sure what 'Return of Subpoena' means and likely not an announcement / judgement.
It looks like the listing type will need to be 'Judgement' if they are ready to hand down their judgement, findings etc.
Any legal types like comment further?
