There is a minimum requirement when Institutional funds managers can invest money in....market cap has to be at least $100mill before they can put in large sum of money...this is similar to AUZ and KRC. Both these companies ran to the teens with MC of 100mil plus in a month. AVL is in a similar course and with speculation the PFS is going to be positive and running high. FOLLOW THE MONEY..
