Yeah not thrilled about it but it looks like Law & Co have both Sino and the s/h's over a barrel. Sino obviously want to take the whole operation and this is the only way that Law & Co will give up their stake. They get their options, agree to the revised Sino deal then disappear into the sunset as gazillionaires.
S/h's may do ok with it if Sino come back with a revised offer on the understanding the Law & Co will sell. The new oppies get voted on in may so the offer should come anytime after that. They should have proved up more of the resource by then as they've got 7 rigs on site now.
So yep they are screwing everyone over but we should get our payday in a few months time IMO. Waiting game atm though.
