Hi Burnett......the SP on this stock has dropped from 448 at its peak to now under 100...sure the market is down, but the peak was in September.

They have had months to provide the market with clear direction. Despite various analysts requesting clarity.

They have been sitting on a bag of cash in acquisition mode and have failed to do so.

How much longer do they need?

In my opinion they have failed to protect shareholder wealth.
