I thought this was an interesting point:

I'm really sorry to be reading yet again that the company isn't responding to its own loyal shareholders (been there, done that & got the teashirt many a time).

It also doesn't reflect well on the IR set-up internally & externally either.

I thought Nick Fitzgerald and team effectively promised changes from the past when acknowledging / talking about TV2Us long-term shareholders & what they've gone through in the last 3 years.

Someone needs (as in existing shareholders) to get this sorted out once & for all otherwise we'll never attract new investors to TV2U & keep them onboard.

Time to start making them act as a proper LISTED company should.

Time to start phoning the company secretary & ask some serious questions on the matter & that will include asking the non-exec directors to hold executive directors to account & if necessary required changes to the company's articles of association etc are amended & put to a vote at the next AGM.

Hopefully a few others from here will do the same thing.
