rastus, maybe I was a SH, maybe I am a creditor, Hot Copper doesn't give you many options for disclosure other than if your a SH or not! I must have missed where Hot Copper says comments are only for holders of stock.
Like most on here I am an investor through my SMSF, as I have stated previously my only reason for comments where always to try and assist those in the same position as me. Fact is this company was insolvent 12 months ago and instead of paying their bills they come up with a cock and bull story about an under performing contractor, this gets them out of circa 9 million bucks in bills ( for the short term)
12 months later what has changed ??? nothing, its got nothing to do with the contractor, now or then, its got to do with GRADE, GRADE GRADE. This mine has consistently delivered 30% under predicted GRADE, this has been very cleverly disguised by WPG management since they owned it. 12 months down the track and despite Herculean efforts, guess what NO GRADE, plenty of tonnes , NO GRADE !
If you believe everything Wayne Rossiter says you would get along great with Gekko, because all they talk about is red hearing BS and ignore the facts. A good simple exercise to do is go back through records look at predicted tonnes and grade and see where the company would be if they achieved the predicted grade, this tells the whole story, the tonnes predicted aren't that far out, but they didn't contain the gold that Wayne Rossiter sold to every potential investor, pretty simple. Directors are responsible for companies creditors, share holders and employees, I sure hope some momentum gets going for some class action here and there is some real digging into the behaviors of the directors.
