Yes I think the FRACU contract etc will be after trials but I refer to the below for the non FRACU military, its interesting reading IMO

The supplier we are working with are at the very end of the chain. They finish the uniforms before they go to the military. 80 to 85% of all uniforms issued by DoD go through them. We have a very real possibility to apply our FR to 80 to 85% of all uniforms (not just FRACU) over the entire defence force (army, navy, air force and marines). Success for them is to keep comfort, weight, breathability and durability with FR. For this effort, we don’t need to pass Pyroman. Even in the lab vertical burn test, it is much easier – it just has to self-extinguish (much lower threshold than FRACU). This is a $40 million opportunity for Alexium – and this forecast is based on the production of our partner last year, so it is a solid forecast. Where are we in the process? It is all about finalising a lab prototype. Last week we got 300 additional yards of fabric from our partner. We simply need to show we can consistently treat fabric to the above specs and maintain the specs through 25 industrial launderings. We have done that with 4 different formulations but for home launderings (45C instead of 60C). We have high confidence of we can reach 60C laundering temps. From there, we will have a “very public” formal agreement with our partner. Then we scale up from pad-dip application to spray on application for production scale throughput, then to military reviews, then to a minimum 90 day wear / field trial. Once we pass field trial, our partner has an IDIQ (indefinite duration, indefinite quantity) contract with the DoD so we don’t need a spec, a funding vehicle, and so on. Instead Alexium FR simply becomes another line-item in the existing production of our partner. Further, the military have told our partner they will immediately take all their existing inventory and get our partner to FR treat them. So an initial slug of revenue for Alexium and then ongoing typical feed-through of new uniforms
