Yes, it does say agreement. Major probably boils down to one of two options
- CLC agreement that we have all been waiting for, or
- a Titanium off-take agreement
Of the two I very much prefer the CLC agreement since Titanium is a much used product and we will always be able to get an agreement while we are gearing up to mine or even sell it spot (but an agreement is better IMO).
